U of Pa. profs and Dave Farber: how can you be that clueless on net neutrality? IP Telephony, VoIP, Broadband ZDNet.com:

Russell Shaw gets it right on Network Neutrality.
Big business does what profits big business... and the Internet should not be a pay-to-play (or pay-to-play faster) environment.

If the bandwidth providers don't like Google making money off ads and great apps they should feel free to create some apps and content of their own... not double-dip into the cash.

Boston Legal - David E. Kelly

"She never said she was 'ashamed to be,' she said she was 'embarrassed as' - a distinction often missed by those who confuse dissent for disloyalty."

David E. Kelly continues to make great television, making political statements throughout all the while.

Don't confuse dissent with disloyalty...

"I object to government abusing its power to squash the constitutional freedoms of its citizenry. And God forbid anybody challenge it; they're smeared as being a heretic."

"The tragedy of our day is the climate of fear in which we live, and fear breeds repression. Too often sinister threats to the Bill of Rights, to freedom of the mind, are concealed under the patriotic cloak of anti-communism." - Adlai Stevenson, 1952

Vice President Speaks at VFW 103rd National Convention

Vice President Speaks at VFW 103rd National Convention: "Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt he is amassing them to use against our friends, against our allies, and against us. And there is no doubt that his aggressive regional ambitions will lead him into future confrontations with his neighbors -- confrontations that will involve both the weapons he has today, and the ones he will continue to develop with his oil wealth."

No doubt? You mean absolute certainty?
Since there were no weapons of mass destruction, however could there have been absolute certainty?
Sounds like a lie to me...

The "subversive" PBS NOW had a great piece on how the Bush/Cheney administration played loose and fast with the truth.
